We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
Yes, they do. We require a criminal record check on all of our applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.
At Hill Commercial Solutions LLC, we stand by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with any part of your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. After reviewing your concerns, we will return once at no additional cost to address the issue. Please note that re-cleans must be requested within the 24-hour window and are limited to the original scope of work.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee equal to 50% of the service charge. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged the full amount.
In most cases, deposits are not required. However, for large-scale commercial projects, special events, or initial deep cleans, a deposit may be requested and will be outlined in your service confirmation. Please note that for residential services, a hold will be placed on your credit card to hold your requested service date and will be charged upon completion of services.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Hill Commercial Solutions LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a one-time re-clean if appropriate and within the original scope of work.
For commercial services, yes—we require a signed service agreement outlining the scope of work, frequency, pricing, and expectations. For one-time and recurring residential cleanings booked online, agreeing to our Terms & Conditions at checkout serves as confirmation of the service details. This helps ensure transparency and a smooth experience for all clients.

Pest control or cleaning related to bugs and infestations
Cleaning pet waste or animal messes outside of general cleaning
Moving heavy furniture or equipment
Cleaning high or dangerous areas that require ladders or scaffolding
Exterior window cleaning above ground level
Cleaning inside appliances unless added as an extra or booked under service that includes it
Outdoor cleaning (gardens, patios, parking lots) unless added as an extra or booked under service that includes it
Handling or cleaning personal valuables (e.g., money, jewelry, legal documents)
Guaranteeing removal of tough carpet or upholstery stains

We do not operate on major holidays such as New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If your cleaning falls on a holiday, we’ll work with you to reschedule your appointment. Please review our holiday closure schedule.

No, we do not clean high or hard-to-reach areas that require ladders, scaffolding, or other elevated equipment for safety reasons.

In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, such as snowstorms or hurricanes, we may reschedule your cleaning for the safety of our team. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment.
No, you do not need to be present during the cleaning, but you must ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. Please communicate any special instructions in advance, including access codes, key locations, or alarm settings.
Yes. The Premium Package is specifically tailored for deep cleans, move‑in/move‑out jobs, or first-time services. It offers the most intensive cleaning and access to high-detail add-ons, making it the best fit for resetting a space or preparing it for a fresh start.
